Jevon Whetter directed the world premiere production of Snooty, presented by the California School for the Deaf at Riverside at Deaf West Theater, Los Angeles, California, with the following cast on 8 May 1997.

Adrian Blue directed a staged reading of Snooty at the Second Annual Worldwide and National Deaf Theater Conference, sponsored by the National Theater of the Deaf and presented at Wesleyan University’s Theater 92, Middletown, Connecticut, on 16 July 1996.
